Our
origins

The Veneto region of Italy overflows with vineyards, punctuated by quaint hamlets and the grand cities of Padua, Verona and Venice. The most elegant of Prosecco originates from Conegliano Valdobbiadene and as such it has been awarded the regions most prestigious status, Prosecco Superiore DOCG.

Benefitting from the traditions of the region and guided by the Folladore family who have 250 years of experience of winemaking, Ghaiccio is a new sparkling wine, offering tiny, but persistent bubbles, full-bodied with flavour and a fine, dry finish. Joining a new movement of sparkling wines, Ghiaccio is made with no added sugar, known as ‘zero dosage’.
