Benefitting from the traditions of the region and guided by the Folladore family who have 250 years of experience of winemaking, Ghaiccio is a new sparkling wine, offering tiny, but persistent bubbles, full-bodied with flavour and a fine, dry finish. Joining a new movement of sparkling wines, Ghiaccio is made with no added sugar, known as ‘zero dosage’.
